I’ve been with them for at least 10 years. They have always been super kind to me and great to work with. My apartment was broken into a few years ago and when I called to submit a claim for my renters insurance, the woman taking the report was amazing and compassionate. Anytime I call with any questions or for help, they are able to assist immediately. Their customer service is probably the number one reason I will not switch my car insurance.
